Cancellation Policy
Cooling-off Period
For all purchases made directly from the shop floor, a 7 (seven) day cooling-off period applies. Should a product display a fault, customers must notify the shop within 48 (Forty-eight) hours of receiving the product. In such cases, we have the right to rectify the fault within 7 (seven) days and refunds will not be issued. Should a customer decide to return a product within the 7-day cooling-off period due to a change of mind (buyer's remorse), a cancellation fee of 20% will be deducted.
Special Orders
In the case of specific products requiring manufacturing or sourcing from our suppliers, a 50% deposit is mandatory. Upon the product's arrival at our store, customers are required to make the remaining 50% payment before delivery or collection. If, after this point, a customer chooses to cancel the order, the entire deposit will be retained as the order is considered special and unique to the customer. Similarly, if any issues arise with the product, a 7 (seven) day window is provided for resolution.
