Selection - One can either request our Flip Folder Catalogue which makes it very easier to select your furniture or you can visit our branches in Johannesburg or Cape Town and select with the help of our staff.
Quote – once you have selected your furniture, make a list and either send it through by e-mail or give it to one of our consultants who will then compile a quote with detailed prices for you perusal
Order – now that you have decided on your selection, send through your written confirmation. Very important details to include:
Stock Confirmation - Inspire will check availability of furniture and send through in writing, a Rental Agreement which is a confirmation of your order or provide alternative.
Payment – Client then processes a deposit or full payment depending on when the booking is for, to ensure the stock is reserved
Selection – One can either request our Flip Folder Catalogue, which makes it easy to select your furniture, or you can visit our branches in Johannesburg or Cape Town and make your selection with the help of our staff.
Quality Control – in dispatch your order is checked against the stock picked to ensure you get exactly what you asked for, and a quality control check is done
Packing – The furniture is then individually wrapped, packaged and padded to prevent damage in transit and maintain the perfect quality of each piece. Along with careful handling, packing is the single most important factor in ensuring that your hire order arrives safely at its destination. We take great care in this step of your order!
Delivery – With a fleet of trucks nationwide, we deliver event hire orders to your doorstep or if you prefer to collect, we will have the stock prepared for your when you arrive.
Installation – Once on-site with your order, our staff offload and install your set up with unprecedented speed and efficiency. Our installers are trained to assist in the creation of your special event from assembling & placing tables, chairs, cabinets, staging, bar counters and everything in-between to ensure your event looks professional and polished.
Sign-off – Now that your event is looking fabulous, we’ll ask you to sign-off on our delivery to confirm that you are satisfied with the order, goods received and set up (if applicable). Once all approvals are in hand and you have a smile on your face, we’ll be on our way!
Pick Up – Because we want to make life as easy and convenient for you as possible, we strike down your event once it’s over – disassembling and packing up single item, last nut and bolt and load your order onto our trucks, and return it to our warehouse after the curtain closes. Ensuring we do all the hard work while you enjoy a hassle free exit after your event.
